Nestled at an elevation of 7,500 feet, June Lake is ensconced by pristine lakes and the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains. This town has been a cherished vacation destination for generations, and soon, it will be your perfect retreat as well!
tep inside this inviting condo, and you'll immediately notice the ample storage space, including convenient ski racks for your gear. To your right, you'll find the master bedroom, featuring a plush king-sized bed, a 32" TV, and an en-suite full bathroom for your comfort and convenience.
Further down the hall, you'll discover another full bathroom and a second bedroom with two extra-long twin beds, perfect for a good night's rest.
Continuing on, you'll enter the kitchen and great room area, which offers an open layout with captivating mountain views. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a dining table for six, while the spacious great room provides plenty of seating. It's the ideal spot to gather and unwind, with a wood-burning fireplace, a 39" flat screen TV, DVD and VCR players, as well as Cable for entertainment.
Step out onto the comfortable deck from the great room and fire up the BBQ for some outdoor dining.
The complex also offers three relaxing spas, tennis and basketball courts, and a scenic walking trail that provides easy access to Gull Lake. This condo is designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this beautiful alpine setting

This is our third stay in this specific property and we keep coming back because of the location, quaintness, and familiarity with the unit. The proximity to the lake, trails, and playground is exceptional. It would be nice if this particular unit could get an update for just simple things like bedding, pillows, mattress, furniture. Despite the unit not being modernized we continue to come back because of the location and size of the rental, we always have a great time.

We have stayed in several condos in the Mammoth Lakes/June Lake area over the years and feel that we have had the best experience at the Interlaken. It is off the beaten track; has views of Gull Lake; and is generally very quiet. If we want excitement, we can head to Mammoth Lakes only 15 miles away.

In such a cold weather locale, a hair dryer would be greatly appreciated. It seems like a standard amenity even in the most basic hotel room. Additionally, the beds and sofa beds were not the most comfortable. It would add so much to the vacation experience if the quality of the mattresses were better! My family and I utterly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the sleds and firewood. I wish we could have made use of the spa, bit didn't have the time.

Communication is essentially round the clock though we never have had to make use of that. If we've arrived later than the office hours, the keys were easily accessed (last year). This is an excellently managed property.

This is our third consecutive year staying at Interlaken 1. Our family of four considers it a perfect place to stay when skiing at June Mountain. We also discovered the many summer activities that the area provides as well. Relaxing, comfortable, and quiet, Interlaken 1 is an excellent vacation home and we have already booked for next year.
